First Annual Program of Institute celebrated in January 2008 named "SMRITI-2008" in which The Honourable Finance & Stamp Minister-UP Govt. Mr. Nand Gopal Gupta 'Nandi' was present in 'Deep Prajwalan' programme.

This programme was intended to benefit the student to exhibit their extra talent in form of singing, dancing, debate and other types of cultural activities.

The Institute celebrated their second Annual Cultural Program in January 2011 as "UMANG-2011" in which the Legend Spokes Person of Congress Ms. Rita Bahuguna Joshi was heartly invited to encourage the students and appreciate their talent.

Ms. Joshi well spoke about the current education system and the need of technical education in student's life. The students shows various cultural activities in form of singing, dancing, debate and prove their talent in various sectors.

Ganesh Utsav is a spectacular festival, honoring Lord Ganesha. The elephant-headed god is worshiped for 10 days from Bhadrapada Shudha Chaturthi to the Ananta Chaturdashi.

"Sarvajanik Ganpati Utsav Mandal, Prayag" is an organization that celebrated this festival continuously in Jamunapar of Allahabad from last 15 Years. Realtec Institute is also a Prestigious member of this Organization. The students participated in various cultural programs on the stage on occasion of Ganesh Utsav.

Teachers' Day to be special days for the appreciation of teachers, and may include celebrations to honor them for their special contributions in a particular field area, or the community in general.
The Institutional Staff and its students celebrate this day every year on 5th September to honor Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and to encourage the contribution of teachers to the society.
Most students offer gifts like greeting cards, flowers, chocolates, pens, show pieces, books, etc. to their teachers on this day.

A farewell party is a party you throw for someone who is leaving, so everyone can see them for the last time and say goodbye. You might give a farewell party to a friend who is moving far away

It is a tradition of Realtec Computer from long time to give a farewell party from Junior students to Senior Students. The most memorable and Heart touching farewell was celebrated by Web Net students in Dec-2012.

The Institute conduct a District Level Cricket Tournament every year named "Sadbhawana Cricket Tournament" in which various cricket teams takes a part from different-different computer and educational institutes throughout the District.

The Tournament is continued from last 6 Years in which Realtec Institute is declared the winner for three times of this tournament. Now this Tournament is become more popular and has achieved a special fame in this area.
